WVAC has walk-in appointments available on most Wednesdays's at Tricia's Dog House,
located at 8 South 16th St. Lafayette, IN (Five Points Intersection). Hours are 1PM to 4PM.

Baker will be at the ALCO store in Delphi, IN for wellness exams and vaccinations on Saturday May 22, 2010 from
10AM to 1PM.
TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY
Dr. Baker will be at TSC, 4841 SR 38 E Lafayette,
IN from 10am-1pm for wellness exams and vaccinations on the following dates:

Exam ill pet $25
Dog vaccines (DHLPP, Rabies, wellness
exam ) $40 ADD $15 for Kennel Cough
Cat vaccines (FVRCP, Rabies, wellness exam) $40 ADD $15 for FeLV
Heartworm
pills $20-$35 for 6 months
Heartworm test $20
Flea medication $45 for 3 months
