Every Friday Tricia’s
Dog House hosts a Wellness Clinic where from 3pm to 5pm Dr. Baker accepts walk in appointments in her mobile veterinary
hospital.
Tricia’s Dog House is located at 8 S 6th St in Lafayette (at the Five Points intersection).
Our prices:
There is a minimum of a $10 exam fee for each pet.
For dogs, routine vaccinations
(DHLPP and 1 year Rabies) are $20.
Bordetella vaccinations (Kennel Cough) are $15.
For cats,
routine vaccnations (FVRCP and Rabies) are $20.
Feline Leukemia vaccinations are $15.
Heartworm
testing is $15.
Tractor Supply Company (TSC)
Dr. Baker will
be at TSC, 4841 SR 38 E Lafayette, IN from 10am-1pm for wellness exams and vaccinations on the following dates:

North Central Indiana Spay and Neuter (NCISN)
Dr. Baker
works with NCISN at the vaccination clinics they sponsor throughout North Central Indiana.

clinic sponsored by NCISN will be on May 19, 2007 in Battle Ground, IN from 10am-2pm
No appointments
are necessary for our Wellness Clinics. All patients are seen on a first come, first served basis.
